So the next time you need a partner, a sub, or a referral, you already know who to call.

Most of us have spent hours sending cold messages. You find a company that might be a fit, you write the email, you hope it lands, and alot of the time you never hear back. It works eventually, but it costs you time and energy you could be spending on the work itself.

There is a better way to do this, and we already have it. We have each other.

So I want to start something here. A directory of the business owners in this community: who you are, where you are, and what you do. The goal is simple. When you need a partner for a bid, a subcontractor for a scope you cannot cover alone, a referral for a client outside your lane, or just someone who understands this work, you look here first. You reach out to a name, not a stranger.

This only works if we build it together, so I am asking you to go first.

Here is how to get in. Take two minutes and add your business using the form below. It asks for the basics: what you do, where you are, who you serve, and how to reach you. Once you are in, you are findable to everyone else here, and everyone else is findable to you.

After you submit, drop a quick hello in the comments so we can welcome you and put a face to the name. The form builds the directory. The comments build the room.

That is it. You do not need a polished pitch. You need to be findable.

How to use the directory. Add your business so the rest of the community can find you for partnerships, subcontracting, and referrals. Everything you enter here will be visible to other members in the directory, so only share what you want listed. It takes about two minutes.

A few ground rules so it stays useful:

• Keep it to your own business. This is a place to introduce yourself, not to sell hard.

• Be specific about what you do. “Consulting” is hard to search. “Environmental remediation for county projects” is easy to find.

• Come back. As the list grows, so does what it is worth to you.

This is what community is for. We do not have to do this alone, and we were never supposed to. Impact is Access, and access starts with knowing who is standing next to you.
